Order Processing: Confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and Singapore holidays). All orders are processed and shipped from Singapore.
Domestic Delivery Estimate: 2-3 working days
International Shipping Estimate: 7-14 working days
Please note that once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. Kindly ensure the accuracy of the delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@amiamiclub.com for assistance tracking the shipment.
Shipping times may be extended during peak periods like sales or product launches, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or service interruptions. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For specific information on duties, taxes, and customs regulations, please contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
Our press-on nails are handmade, so please understand that there may be slight variations in design in your order due to their handmade nature.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for design or preference changes. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
If your package arrived with damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at hello@amiamiclub.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We currently do not offer nail replacement services, so we strongly advise you to wear your press-on nails with care to prevent any loss or damage. In the event that a nail is misplaced, our sets are designed so you can mix and match across different nail sets, so you can continue enjoying your manicure.
